The Pilcrow, Manchester

So last Saturday I visited the Pilcrow Pub in Sadlers Yard to have a couple of last minute beers and grab a few photos. The new Manchester pub funded by the Co-op; managed by All Our Yesterdays and built by Manchester. The fixtures and fittings were crafted by volunteers during workshops and master classes. A bit of fun creating a unique learning experience for those involved

The pub looked great and in close proximity to Victoria Station; making it perfect for me squeezing in a beer or two before the train. The beer list was also extensive with a fantastic selection of beers from local and UK breweries. The pub is definitely worth a visit whether you want to be negative about it or not.
