An ESB brewed after I visited Copenhagen for Copenhagen Beer Celebration in 2016 and enjoyed To Øl Mr Orange so much I wanted to brew something similar.

Hop Additions: 48.4 IBU
60mins – Willamette (5.7 IBU)
15mins – Amarillo (6.3 IBU)
15mins – Mandarina Bavaria (5.8 IBU)
15mins – Willamette (3.8 IBU)
0mins – Amarillo (8.9 IBU)
0mins – Centennial (9.7 IBU)
0mins – Mandarina Bavaria (8.2 IBU)

Dry Hops:
7 Days – Huell Melon (50g)
7 Days – Centennial (25g)
7 Days – Vics Secret (25g)

Yeast/Fermentation:
Safale US-05 at 18°c
