Double IPA

A Double IPA brewed for the Homebrew Expo at Beer Nouveau as part of Manchester Beer Week 2016. For the recipe I looked at Cloudwater’s blog post about their first DIPA and loosely pro-rata’d the quantities of malts and hops. This beer was served from a cornelius keg came second overall in the competition voted by the attendees of the event.
